Two Rivers City Councilwoman Darla LeClair is the owner and manager of Basil Ishkabibble’s Art Gallery & Artist Share-Space in downtown Two Rivers, member of the City's Main Street Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Public Works Committee. In her spare time, Ms. LeClair lobbys for the Wisconsin League of Municipalities, The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition & Amnesty International.
