An opportunity to focus on the importance of mental wellness for entrepreneurs, and discuss mental health challenges that entrepreneurs face

This educational discussion will focus on mental health, with an emphasis on the characteristics of mental wellness for those living in the unique world of entrepreneurship. Information and practical tips will be provided, with the opportunity for attendees to ask questions, share their own challenges and triumphs, and learn from one another while navigating their journey of mental wellness as an entrepreneur.

What to expect:
  • A brief overview of common symptoms of mental health conditions
  • Practical tips for staying well, and what to do if mental health concerns arise
  • A discussion surrounding the unique challenges facing entrepreneurs
  • An overview of the resources available through Mental Health America in Sheboygan County

Mental Health America in Sheboygan County is a non-profit resource and referral agency that has served Sheboygan County since 1963.
