Sam Meyer, owner of 18 Hands Ale Haus, will likewise discuss the challenges his newer business faced trying to operate during a global pandemic.

Oshkosh will be represented by Zach Clark and Ian Wenger of Fifth Ward Brewing Company and Ken Osmond of Planet Perk Coffee Houses. As operators of beverage operations, how did COVID-19 impact their operations?
