From Fond du Lac, Ann Culver, owner and operator of Annie’s Fountain City Café, will detail how she pivoted during the pandemic as well as what the future holds for her business. Sam Meyer, owner of 18 Hands Ale Haus, will likewise discuss the challenges his newer business faced trying to operate during a global pandemic. Oshkosh will be represented by Zach Clark and Ian Wenger of Fifth Ward Brewing Company and Ken Osmond of Planet Perk Coffee Houses. As operators of beverage operations, how did COVID-19 impact their operations? Also hear from both counties being represented on how their communities supported them, including what was similar and what was different.
